Aus Post Standard tracked postage: $12 (free on all orders over $100).
Please allow up to 8 business days.

Aus Post Express tracked postage: $15 
Please allow up to 4 business days.

Local delivery (Darwin): free
Please allow up to 4 business days. Provide your mobile number or email at checkout so that I can organise delivery with you. 

For Australia Post shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel upon placing your order. Shipping times listed are average estimates by Australia Post and Trash Archive cannot be liable for delays within the postal system. Trash Archive cannot be liable for parcels lost by the postal system, however please reach out via email on Instagram and will personally do my best to help you to track down lost items. 

Returns and Refunds

I do not accept refunds or returns on items (this includes but is not limited to change of mind or incorrect sizing).

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange a solution.

Upcycled jewellery: I cannot replace or refund due to damage caused by wear and tear. Please be gentle with your jewellery, and avoid bathing, swimming, and activities like gardening, gym, or cleaning while wearing your jewellery.
