Button Rework Workshop Session #2 (9 July)
Join us for a Button Rework Workshop where we give your old clothes a second chance with new buttons.
Bring your own item and refresh it using a curated selection of buttons, thread, and simple hand-sewing techniques. Please make sure your item is suitable for hand sewing (i.e. soft enough to stitch through, no thick or tough fabrics).
🗓️ When: Thursday 9 July from 5-7pm.
📍Where: Trash Archive pop-up shop (Darwin CBD location will be announced 20 June and emailed to you day prior).
No experience needed ♡ Just come ready to play and create wearable art! (Recommended for ages 15+).
What’s included:
- A wide selection of vintage and reclaimed buttons to choose from.
- Thread, needles, and all basic sewing tools provided for use during the workshop.
- Beginner-friendly guidance throughout the session - no sewing experience needed!
- A relaxed, welcoming space to create and experiment
- Snacks (Please DM us on Instagram if you have any dietary requirements).
Please note: this workshop is run in-store during opening hours so there may be shoppers in the space!
